A garbage truck driver unexpectedly pulled out of a driveway in front of an oncoming car. Based on our reconstruction [1]and animation [2], we were able to help show a jury that the garbage truck driver failed to yield right-of-way to the oncoming vehicle and that the driver of the car did not have time to avoid the accident. Consequently, the driver of the vehicle won a multimillion dollar verdict.
